Construction process:

1. Self textured runway foundation treatment: cement foundation shall be waterproof treated or asphalt foundation shall be sealed. After the foundation layer is processed and maintained for 24 hours, the shop can pave the ground floor of the runway.

2. Construction of self textured runway primer: use PU glue mixed with EPDM red glue powder or talcum powder to seal the bottom layer of EPDM red glue particles and maintain it for 24 hours.

3. EPDM elastic layer paving: the runway PU primer and EPDM red rubber particles are mixed at 1:4, poured into the site evenly, scraped and leveled, laid at a thickness of 9MM, and cured for 24 hours.

4 Construction of self textured runway surface: spray a layer of self textured runway surface paint material, and cure it for 24 hours.

5 Line drawing: use elastic polyurethane special line drawing paint to draw various marking lines according to the standard.
