Mixed plastic runway series

The mixed plastic runway material adopts the mixed structure approved by IAAF. The surface layer is made of PU particles or EPDM weather resistant environmentfriendly color particles, and the parent body is made of full PU mixed with some rubber particles. The construction process is simple, meeting the international competition standards, and the standard thickness is 13mm.

Applicable venues: applicable to schools at all levels and professional stadiums, track and field runways, semicircle areas, auxiliary areas, fitness paths for all, auxiliary surfaces of amusement park roads, etc

Construction process:

1. First check the flatness of the foundation layer and level the concave and convex parts (such as the cement foundation needs pickling);

2. Glue primer laying: before the glue primer is laid, the foundation shall be cleaned and tools for construction shall be prepared;

(1) Measure the position of the construction line according to the process requirements, and set out the construction line

(2) The laying starts from one side of the site, and the width of the installation site is scraped at one time

(3) The speed of glue scraping shall be even, and the exposed bottom, depression and bulge shall be repaired or leveled in time

(4) After the glue is formed, check the whole site to ensure the thickness of the surface glue

3. Paving of surface glue

(1) Shorten the interval time of each bucket of glue liquid as far as possible when scraping glue, so as to make the glue forming speed uniform

(2) Observe the thickness of the face glue at all times

(3) Scrape the surface glue, sprinkle red particles before the surface glue is cured, and clean up the excess surface glue particles after it is completely cured

(4) Spray glue to ensure that particles do not fall off

4. Process line painting: accurately measure the position of the process line according to the current track and field facility standards, and then spray with polyurethane paint.
